What are the requirements to become a Homliv partner?
To become a Homliv partner, you should have:
- Professional experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate
- A registered business entity (for Gold and Platinum tiers)
- Portfolio of completed projects (preferred but not mandatory for Silver tier)
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
How does the commission structure work?
Our commission structure is tier-based:
- Silver Partners: 8% commission on project value
- Gold Partners: 12% commission on project value
- Platinum Partners: 15% commission on project value
Can I upgrade my partnership tier later?
Yes, you can upgrade your partnership tier at any time. We regularly review partner performance and may also invite high-performing Silver partners to upgrade to Gold or Platinum tiers. The upgrade process involves signing a new agreement and may include additional training or requirements specific to the higher tier.
What kind of support do partners receive?
Our partners receive comprehensive support including:
- Technical support for product specifications and installations
- Marketing materials (brochures, samples, digital assets)
- Training on our products and processes
- Access to our partner portal with project management tools

Is there an exclusivity requirement?
We do not require exclusivity for Silver and Gold partnership tiers. Partners are free to work with other companies. However, Platinum partners may have certain exclusivity arrangements in specific geographic territories or project types, which would be detailed in the partnership agreement. We believe in building mutually beneficial relationships regardless of exclusivity.
